Kuifu Jiayuan in Kuiyong is located north of Kuixing West Road, Kuiyong Street, Dapeng New District. It covers a total site area of 21,165.08 square meters and primarily consists of 11 residential buildings with a construction area of 37,481 square meters. The development includes 510 residential units and a 100-square-meter property management facility. The land use is classified as Class II residential land. The total investment is 136.6192 million yuan, fully funded by the government, with a total investment of 148 million yuan.
