The NB-IoT valve-controlled water meter is a smart device developed to meet the operational needs of water supply companies for intelligent
management. Designed for remote meter reading and control, it supports two-way communication and allows scheduled valve operation. The meter
remains in low-power mode during normal operation, automatically waking up daily according to preset schedules for data collection before
returning to energy-efficient standby mode. This innovative solution streamlines water usage monitoring, simplifies remote management processes,
and significantly enhances operational efficiency while reducing labor, material, and financial costs.
The NB-IoT valve-controlled water meter complies with the technical requirements of GB/T 778-2007 ‘Measurement of Water Flow
in Closed Full Pipes: Drinking Water and Hot Water Meters’ and CJ/T 224-2012 ‘Electronic Remote Transmission Water Meter’.
1. Periodic water meter data reporting: The water meter can set hourly, daily, and monthly reporting cycles through the NB-IoT platform network
based on actual usage. The reported data includes cumulative water consumption, battery capacity, meter status, and reporting frequency.
2. Each table is directly connected to the server, without the need for concentrator and repeater, and the transmission is safe and reliable;
3. Built-in valve, the system has the function of remote control valve;
4. Low installation requirements, no wiring for the base meter, no additional equipment required;
5. The NB module is integrated with the base table, featuring a built-in antenna to minimize installation-related antenna damage.
6. The circuit adopts ultra-low power consumption design (or zero power consumption technology), high-capacity lithium-ion battery power supply, battery compartment is independently packaged, battery is easy to replace, battery life is 6 years
more than ;
7、 The System Ensures Stable Signal Transmission Through NB-LoT (Narrowband IoT) Base Station Networking, Utilizing IoT Narrowband Technology for Data Transfer.
